Each member of our team has achieved a very high level of clinical expertise in their respective field, prior to starting work as an expert witness. As a result, our expert reports and opinions are fully informed by current clinical practice and research.
In addition to their medico legal work, all our experts maintain an active clinical caseload, which ensures they are fully up to date with current research and technological advances. Our experts work in the NHS, private practice or a combination of the two.
All our expert witnesses are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
They have all undertaken medico-legal training and regularly attend courses and conferences to maintain their knowledge and understanding of the medico legal process.
They are very familiar with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules; Experts and Assessors, Guidance for the instruction of experts in civil claims and Practice Direction 35.
The team meets twice each year to maintain their learning, derive benefit from the broad range of knowledge within the team, share ideas or experiences and deepen their understanding of current medico-legal issues.
